Hiding an file behind image helps to protect privacy. Any one who will use your computer will see just an image but, you can accesses the file behind image. It will helpful to hide private files or passwords.
Before getting started you need an app to install that is Winrar.
Steps to hide a file behind an image
I am using the below picture to hide. This is named as demo.png.
- I will hide a text file behind the image. I am naming the text file as hide.txt , paste the both picture and text file in desktop(most important).
- Now press start button and search for CMD and open CMD.
- Right click on text file an choose add to hide.rar
- In CMD type following command cd desktop and hit enter. Now type copy/b demo.png+hide.rar demofinal.png and hit enter.
- In desktop you will able to see demofinal.png.
To open demofinal file as text right click on demofinal.png choose open with and open it with WinRAR. If winrar not shown in open with apps the first open winrar and drop the file into winrar.
